Emotion management is NOT equal
to suppression of our feelings. Feelings/emotions are
developed naturally. There is no guideline to how one
should feel. It is our actions or reactions to these
emotions that make the difference.
Suppression of emotion will only
be temporary, as the bottled-up negative feelings of
anxiety, anger, jealousy, etc. need an outlet. Long-term
suppression may result in depression, insomnia, weak
immune system or even failures in your relationships.

on the actual cause of your emotional issues and, together
with you, make changes to the situation, so that you
are no longer emotionally burdened by it.
