What is Hypnotherapy?
 

Hypnotherapy uses the hypnotic techniques to assist you in improving your health and achieving wholeness. This move can range from simple behavioural change to more sophisticated changes such as overcoming psychological or physiological problems.

At HypnoSpa & Therapy, Hypnotherapy is a process that takes an average of 4 sessions to complete. However, you will experience certain shift in every sessions. It is an interactive process so that the Hypnotherapist can facilitate your efforts in resolving the issue.

Hypnotherapy aims to search for the root-cause of the issue so that it can be permanently resolved. The most certain way to know the root-cause will be for the client to tap into their subconscious mind, which is a collection of our experiences and knowledge. Of course, the client, who is conscious at all times, may choose how much detail to share with the Hypnotherapist. After all, the answer will only hold value to the client.
