  Who doesn't know smoking is bad for health? Who doesn't know how much I can save if I quit? I have tried to quit but it is really tough. I get so stressed up about quitting that the urge to smoke simply increases! What can I do?  
 

The programme takes about 4 sessions, in which the hypnotherapist helps you to gradually cut down on the number of times you smoke. Smoking is also known to be a form of distraction for some people who are faced with greater challenges in life. Sometimes, such challenges may not be obvious to the client. Hypnotherapy can help you find the root cause of the need to smoke and find a better way to cope with the challenges.
